Right now I have so much going through my mind. The fact that I have not blogged in a really, really long time is such a hard thing to admit. The real thing that keeps crossing my mind is a topic about health, family, friends and loved ones. It is interesting in how one moment, one comment, one slightest suggestion can change a whole life. It can change the way the relationship is between you and that person. It can change not only your life, but ones who surround you. I had this whole thing wrote about how one thing you do can affect a person so badly, that later on in life you will regret doing that one thing. It is interesting on how we react so quickly to one thing. Now to move on to a different topic, because let’s be honest this is how my mind works.
So I found out the other day that I have atrial fibrillation. Where the top chamber of your heart quivers. It is very interesting actually. Come to find out that my mom’s dad had it, her mom, her sisters (well all but one), and herself have it. So in all, I guess it was my time. LOL.
It is nothing big, just something to keep an eye on. I am just glad that I have an answer to what it is that was causing me to have palpitations of the heart. It was not fun to experience them for a week. Wow. Talk about feeling light-headed, weak, tired, and absolutely feel like you have no energy at all sucks. Now I am hopefully on the mend. I did just start my medicine so I can’t say just yet how much of a difference it is.
On a different note, today is a great day. It is my grandma’s birthday. She is 88 years old. What an amazing woman she is. She has been through so much and still has so much more to go through. She is still driving, still cooking food, still living by herself, and still moving around fine. Not many people who reach that age can say that as an accomplishment. My children have been loving every moment they get to spend with her. My youngest is just too cute. He loves to sit and try to read to her, he loves to play with all of her frogs she have in her house, and he loves to help me make things for her.
